3. All orders accepted subject to availability of stock.
4. Payment to be made pro forma unless account facilities agreed with Bamboo Blue.
5. Account facilities provided on application to Bamboo Blue. Application form provided by
Bamboo Blue and processed by Bamboo Blue.
6. Orders for account customers subject to Bamboo Blue credit limits.
7. Payments by cheque or postal order and to be made payable to Bamboo Blue.
8. All goods remain the property of Bamboo Blue until payment is received.
9. Payment to be made strictly within 30 days from date of invoice for all account customers.
10. Any shortcomings, defects or damaged goods supplied must be notified to Bamboo Blue
within 3 days of receipt of goods and such goods returned within 14 days of receipt.
11. Copyright and rights in designs used in Bamboo Blue products are owned by Andrea Swingler.These must not be used by any other person or organisation without her express consent.
12. If a product is temporarily out of stock we will advise on day of order. All unavailable stock will then be placed on back order and supplied as soon as available unless the customer notifies of cancellation at time of order.
13. All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax and this will be charged at the appropriate rate.
14. Carriage is paid on orders over £100 (net) for U.K mainland only as per unit prices on current price list.
